payment
Fees are due at the end of each session. Accepted forms of payment include e-transfer (prior to appointment) or credit card. A credit card is required on file to confirm your booking, and stored on my secure online booking portal to simplify the payment process. Receipts will be provided electronically for your records and may be claimable as a medical expense on your income taxes, consult with your accountant.

Many insurers offer coverage for services provided by a Masters-Level Registered Social Worker. Please confirm with your insurer's plan directly to explore their eligibility requirements, and reimbursement process, and to understand your plan’s coverage.
scheduling & cancellation
You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment from your profile on the booking platform up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Additional notice is appreciated when possible and allows another person to benefit from service.
A cancellation fee equivalent to the session fee will be charged for missed appointments or unexcused late cancellations within the 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sometimes life is messy, if the unexpected arises, please reach out.
