Often, the kind of change we are seeking is hard to describe, we just know that things can't continue as they are. That feeling of uncertainty that comes with new terrain is common, and part of my role as a therapist is to assist you in exploring and defining your needs as they evolve.

We all have seasons of growth. Choosing to start counselling is an important and brave step towards making change.

we will navigate together

Change can be disorienting but it doesn’t have to be. We will engage in a conversational process of questioning, exploring, and noticing what arises together. We will pay careful attention to the innate wisdom of your body and nervous system, cultivating a deeper connection to the signs and signals our bodies give us when we are distressed as well as when we are in congruence with our core self. We will also explore how your environment is shaping your path and discuss alternate routes to keep moving in your preferred direction.
